A back office team member for you
Every carrier gets an additional team member dedicated to back office work: invoicing and factoring packages, collections and credit checks, COI and broker setup, plus weekly reports on revenue, loaded and empty miles, and settlement per driver.
Factoring paperwork included: We prepare your factoring package and send your invoices to your factoring company — included in your dispatch fee. The factoring company charges its own fee. Need one? We can refer you to factoring companies we work with.

Pricing
How much does truck dispatching cost?
Everything above is included. The fee is a percentage of each load’s full rate, billed once a week: every Monday you get one invoice for the loads booked the week before. Factoring paperwork is included in your dispatch fee; the factoring company charges its own fee. Your agent confirms the final fee for your equipment and operation.
